Healthy Lifestyle Program
Wellbeing is curriculum, not extracurricular.
Nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and sleep are taught with the same care as mathematics and language. Healthy adults begin as healthy children.

Nutrition System
Seasonal, locally sourced meals prepared on campus and taught in our culinary classroom.
Physical Activity
Daily outdoor play, athletics, swimming, and forest walks built into the timetable.
Sleep Education
Coaching on sustainable rest, especially through the secondary years and exam season.
Emotional Wellness
On-site counsellors and circle time that normalise talking about feelings from age three.
Mindfulness Practice
Short, age-appropriate sessions to develop attention, regulation, and self-awareness.
Digital Wellbeing
Screen-time literacy, social-media hygiene, and offline periods built into every school day.
